thank you sooooo much. I could see where my lens was stuck so I took the advice on this website to gently pull and twist and it finally popped back into place, I heard the I then did a web search to see if I could share this good news and found this site.
There was one position on the zoom dial that will take a clear picture but it took a while to find it. I've been trying to find help online, but i don't really understand what to do. Used your technique #11 of forcing the last barrel where the gap was the largest until the click was heard.
