There seemed absolutely nothing wrong with it to look at it.But, I got so fed up that I tried something else -I lay the camera facing up with lens pointing towards How do I fix this? The lens has not returned back to normal position, and everytime I turn the camera it cuts back off. Powering the camera off and back on would reset the zoom, but only until zooming in again...
