If it's too costly to repair, and you have no other option, you might want to consider retrying the last too fixes (tapping the camera, and forcing the lens). Also, I do not recommend probing too deeply around the lens barrel with the paper (don't go more than a 1 cm or 1/2 in) . In other words, try this if there's no obvious mechanical damage to the lens barrels that's causing the problem. It took a few drops from about a foot or less from the floor.

touch wood.....thanks again!!!!! I pushed on the bigger piece of the lens till it clicked and it immediately closed up and worked no problem. I used the fix posted to move the casings around (rotate, etc). It is stuck.
