mhmm i have that problem as well now.. Once in the Setup be sure the setting for USB Legacy Support is enabled if it isn't already. Anyone know what to do? I do turn it on and get all the updates and make sure that everything else is up to date as well so that should I need to use it there

The front USB ports can be disabled in the BIOS, but I have also covered them with tape so that the customer does not damaged the port again. Check This Out I have one that protrudes so I can not put it into any other usb port. There should be one of enable or detect usb legacy devices.
